NSSU Expansion of Parasports Participants
This is one of the projects, “Sport for Tomorrow (SFT)” declared by Japan Sports Agency for the initiative toward the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games.
Our objective is to maximize the number of nations and regions participating in the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games and to go beyond the historical record of 164 countries in the London 2012 Paralympic Games. Furthermore, through this project, we aim to emphasize “Social Inclusion” as a social awareness on people with disabilities and generation of opportunities for them to lead an initiative to create the society in each nation.
NEPP stands for NSSU Expansion of Parasports Participants.
